Friends At Work

As well as organising events at St Clements, the Friends of St Clements are also responsible for the upkeep of the church and graveyard. This may involve getting funds, managing the budget and organising contractors. However sometimes when all else fails they get their hands dirty and do it themselves.
Recently the mass grave of the boys from the training ship Cornwell needed some TLC so Gerry and his son (alias Jimmy Bell) set to work changing the gravel and removing the weeds

Volunteers

Friends of ST Clements are looking for volunteers to join them in the organisation of events at the church and light maintenance work i.e. gardening and cleaning.
